摘要 某型导弹发射装置没有相应的离位检测设备,现有的检测方法繁琐,检测结果不够准确、直观.在分析了该型导弹发射装置测试需求的基础上,提出了基于PC104嵌入式计算机的测试方案.在VC++6.0开发环境下,采用模块化与线程处理方式,完成了对飞机武器系统发控指令的模拟,设计并实现了基于PC104嵌入式计算机的某型导弹发射装置测试系统,首次实现了该型导弹发射装置的内场离位自动化测试.应用表明该测试系统检测精度高、时间短,有效地保障了部队的作战和训练任务. A missle launcher has not he corresponding displacement detection device. The existing test methods are cumbersome, and the results are not accurate and intuitive. A PC104 - based embedded test scheme was proposed on the basis of the test demand analysis. We completed the aircraft weapon system simulation control instruction and implemented the PC104- based embedded test system using the modular and thread processing method in VC + + 6.0 development environment. The infield and out of position automation test of the missile launcher was realized for the first time. The application indicates that the testing system has high precision and short test time, and can effectively protect the combat and training mission of the troops.
