一种航炮射击控制计算机检测仪的分析设计

摘要 射击控制计算机的工作状态直接影响航炮射击精度,因此需要定期故障检测.本文在分析射击控制计算机接口特性基础上,提出原位检测和离位检测的测试方案,介绍了检测原理,设计了检测仪的硬件和软件,并分析了检测精度和数据.检测仪已通过航空兵部队的应用,有效地保障了作战和训练任务,设计思想和工程实现方法对舰炮随动系统的检测具有借鉴意义. The state of fire-control computer affects the shooting precision of airborne cannon, so it is necessary to detect faults in cycle. Based on analyzing the interface characteristics of fire-control computer, an in-situ and ex-situ test scheme was proposed. We introduced the testing principle, designed hardware and software of the testing instrument, and analyzed testing precision and data. The practical application indicates that the instrument has high precision and speed, and can support the training and combat of troops effectively. The design idea and realizing technique is a useful reference for testing navy gun servo system.
