摘要
为了确保两硬煤层下分层开采时火区的安全启封和工作面的安全复采,基于煤峪口矿307盘区的发火特征,探讨了盘区发生内因火灾的成因,分析了封闭火区的燃烧状态,采用气体组分比率RT定量分析法,研究了火区启封复燃的可能性。结果表明:盘区内各密闭气体的组分比率均超过1,表明火区启封有复燃的可能性,火区启封后必须采取防复燃措施。同时,现场确定了"先缩封、后启封"的均压缩封火区法,制定了火区启封和两硬煤层下分层工作面复采的安全保障措施,保障了大区域复杂条件下火区的成功启封和工作面的安全复采。
In order to ensure a safety opening of the firing zone during mining in the low slice seam with hard roof and coal as well as a safety secondary mining of the coal mining face,according to the firing features of No.307 Block in Meiyukou Mine,the paper discussed the causes of the internal cause firing disaster occurred in the block and analyzed the combustion status of the sealed firing zone.A gas components rate RT quantitative analysis method was applied to study the possibility of recombustion after opening the firing zone.The results showed that the components rate of each sealed gas in the block was all over one which showed the possibility of recombustion after the firing zone opened and the necessary of the measures to prevent and control the recombustion occurred after the firing zone opened.Meanwhile,a balanced pressure and reduced sealing firing zone method with "first reduced sealing,second opening" was determined at the site and the safety protection measures for the firing zone opening and secondary mining in the low slice seam with hard roof and coal in order to ensure successful opening the firing zone and safety secondary mining under the complicated conditions of a large region.
