地面钻孔注浆封堵井下巷道隔绝火区灭火技术 被引量:5

摘要 由于大柳塔煤矿大柳塔井邻近的小煤矿五当沟井口附近采空区遗煤的自燃,危及大柳塔井安全开采,而五当沟井口巷道垮塌严重且已封闭,大柳塔井与五当沟井采空区联通巷道也垮塌,两侧均不能通过井下采取灭火措施,因此采用地面打钻,干法灌注粗、细骨料,渗入式注浆与静压注浆相结合的方法构筑密闭墙,封堵井下巷道隔绝采空区火区,取得了良好效果。 According to the spontaneous combustion danger of coal left in a goaf near Wudanggou Mine Shaft of a small mine closed to Daliuta Mine Shaft of Daliuta Mine affected to the safety mining in Daliuta Mine Shaft,under the condition of the mine roadway of Wudanggou Mine seriously fallen and sealed,the connection gateway between the Daliuta Mine Shaft and the goaf in Wudanggou Mine Shaft seriously fallen and no fire extinguishing measures could be done from the two sides in the underground mine,the surface drilling,dry coarse and fine aggregate pouring,penetration grouting and static grouting combined method was applied to build a sealing wall to seal the mine roadway and to insulate the firing zone in the goaf for the fire extinguishing.The practices showed that the technology was feasible,the technique was simple and the effect was remarkable.
