螺旋CT三维重建在髋膝关节骨折脱位中的应用

The Method of Screw with CT 3D Reconstruction for Examination of the Hips and Knees with Fractures and Dislocations

目的 :探讨用螺旋CT三维重建评价髋、膝关节骨折脱位的临床应用价值。方法 :收集髋关节骨折脱位 7例 ,胫骨平台骨折 4例 ,采用螺旋CT三维重建检查。结果 :11例 15次检查均取得清晰立体图像 ,且可消除某一骨性结构 ,单独观察髋臼骨折、股骨头骨折或胫骨平台骨折情况 ,还可消除术后扫描图像的金属放射状伪影。结论 :螺旋CT三维重建在髋、膝关节骨折脱位的诊断、手术方案的设计、术后复查及教学等有较高价值。

Objective: To study the clinical significance of Screw CT 3D in evaluation of the injured hips and knees. Methods: 7 cases of the hips with fractuers and dislocations, 4 cases of the tibial plateau fractures were examined under the 3D reconstruction based on screw CT scan. Result: The clearly 3D images from 15 examinations of 11 cases were obtained. The separated 3D images that eliminated the images of the one osseous construction which would be happened during observation in the fractures of acetabulum, femoral head or tibial plateau. The 3D images of 4 operated cases were also clearly that eliminated the psudo shadows of metal. Conclusion: The method of screw CT 3D reconstruction has higher valuation for diagnosis, design propose of operations, observing the results of operations and education.
