圆弧波浪形筛板动筛跳汰机应用及效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 为比较动筛跳汰机中使用的直条长方形和圆弧波浪形筛板的应用效果,在入选原煤性质和产品质量基本不变的情况下,对其各自的透筛物进行了筛分和浮沉试验。结果表明:圆弧波浪形筛板相比直条长方形筛板,透筛量仅为后者的23%,灰分降低15.60%,+25 mm粒级产率减小了34.18%,-1.40 g/cm3密度级产率增加了12.26%,+2.00 g/cm3密度级产率减小了31.94%。以上对比分析说明,动筛跳汰机中采用圆弧波浪形筛板,可使透筛物的数量大幅降低,并减小了透筛物的粒度上限,同时增大了透筛物的含煤量,从而为动筛跳汰机工艺系统的简化提供了条件。 In order to compare with the applied effect of two different screen plates of the straight rectangular screen and arc corrugated screen applied to the dynamic screen jig,based on the condition of the feeding raw coal property and products quality unchanged,size analysis and float and-sink tests were conducted on each screening materials.The results showed that in comparison with the straight rectangular screen plate,the screen underflow quantity of the arc corrugated screen plate would be 23% less than the straight rectangular screen plate,the ash content could be reduced by 15.60%,the more than 25 mm particle grade production rate could be reduced by 34.18%,the less than 1.40 g/cm^3 density grade production rate would be improved by 12.26% and the more than 2.00 g/cm^3 density grade production rate would be reduced by 33.94%.The above comparison and analysis showed that when the arc corrugated screen plate applied to the dynamic screen jig,the screen underflow quantity would be highly reduced and the particle top size of the screen underflow was reduced.Meanwhile,the coal quantity of the screen underflow would be increased and thus the conditions could be provided for the simplification of the dynamic screen jig technique.
