旦助阳暮益阴与传统补益阴阳法对阳虚阴虚大鼠CRH昼夜节律的影响

Effects of Tonifying Yang at Dawn and Yin at Dusk and the Traditional Therapy on the Circadian Rhythm of CRH in Yang and Yin Deficiency Rats

目的:观察早晨用补阳药,晚上用补阴药的旦助阳暮益阴治法与阳药阴药混合服用的传统补阴补阳法的区别,探讨治疗阳虚、阴虚的新方式。方法:将SD大鼠480只随机分为阳虚12345,阴虚①②③④⑤和空白6共11组。阴虚组用氢考Ⅰ型,阳虚组用氢考Ⅱ型方法造模。分别采用旦助阳(早晨运用助阳药,如1、2组)或/和暮益阴(晚上运用养阴药,如①②组),旦益阴暮助阳(早晨用阴药,晚上用阳药反证)和传统补阴补阳(将阳药与阴药混合早晚服)等方法治疗。观察其对阳虚与阴虚大鼠促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)昼夜节律的影响,进行组间及同阳虚模型5、阴虚模型⑤和空白6组之间比较。结果:阳虚组和阴虚组CRH 6个时间点组间比较和组内数据波动均表现出1、2组与6组吻合性较好。但不论阳虚还是阴虚,治疗组的峰谷值均与空白组不一致。结论:传统补阴补阳法和旦助阳暮益阴均有调节阳虚、阴虚大鼠CRH昼夜节律作用,但旦助阳暮益阴治法优于传统补阴补阳法。

Objective ：To observe the difference between the therapies which were toniying yang at dawn and yin at dusk and the traditional therapy,in order to probe into a new way. Methods ：480 SD rats were randomly divided into yang deficency group （1,2,3,4,5） ,yin deficency group（（1（2）（3（4）（）） and blank control group（6）. They were treated with yin and yang tonic in the difl＇erent dose at dawn or dusk. The rat models with yang deficency were made by hydrocortistwo and yin deficency were hydro- cortisone. The change about the circadian rhythm of CRH was observed,comparing between groups and with the model group（5, ~） ）and blank control group （6）, respectively. Results：The change about the circadian rhythm of CRH was closest in （ 1,2, （~, ~2）） group to the blank control group（6）. The fluctuation of peak-valley value（PV） in all the treatment groups were different from the blank control group （6）. Conclusion：The traditional therapy in tonifying yin-yang and the therapies in tonifying yang at dawn and yin at dusk both played a regulatory role in the circadian rhythm of the CRH . The latter had a more significant therapeutic eftect.
