腹部手法配合斜搬法治疗急性腰扭伤疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Abdominal Massage and Oblique Traction for Acute Lumbar Sprain

目的:探讨腹部手法配合斜搬法治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效和安全性。方法:将75例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(32例),观察组予以腹部手法配合斜搬法治疗;对照组单纯予以斜扳法治疗。对两组患者治疗后疗效。结果:治疗组治愈34例,好转9例,总有效率100%;对照组治愈8例,好转13例,总有效率68.8%。结论:腹部手法配合斜搬法治疗急性腰扭伤其痛苦小,显效快,费用少,有良好的社会效益。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect and security of abdominal massage and oblique traction for acute lumbar sprain. Methods ：75 patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into an treatment group of 43 patients, treated with both abdominal massage and oblique traction, and a control group of 32 patients, treated with only oblique traction. Results：In the treatment group 34 patients were cured and 9 showed some improvement,with an effective rate of 100% ; in the control group,8 patients were cured and 13 showed some improvement, with an effective rate of 68.8 %. Conclusion：Abdominal massage combined with oblique traction is more effective and has less pain, less cost and good social benefit in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.
