摘要
采用EC95粉涂料、硅溶胶粘结剂,利用淋砂机涂挂刚玉砂制备了单晶叶片陶瓷型壳,并进行浇注试验。使用强度分析仪、扫描电镜以及X射线衍射仪对陶瓷型壳的高温抗弯强度、高温蠕变特性、型壳高温下的相转变进行了研究。结果表明:随着温度的升高,型壳高温抗弯强度在1 300℃时最低,在1 400℃时最高;浇注试验表明,在1 550℃下,型壳高温抗弯强度大于6.2 MPa才能满足浇注要求。
Single crystal blade ceramic shells were made from EC95 powder,silica sol binder,corundum sand stuccoed by sand rain machine.And the ceramic shells were used in casting test.The high temperature bending strength,high temperature creep property and the phase transition of shell in high temperature were studied by use of strength analyzer,SEM,XRD.The results show that with the increase of the temperature,the bending strength of the shell had the lowest value at 1 300 ℃,and the highest value appeared at 1 400 ℃.Casting experiments show that it is the basic requirement of casting that bending strength of shell at 1 550 ℃ is more than 6.2 MPa.
