摘要 及时有效的心肺复苏是心脏病突发者得以生存的第一个环节。心肺复苏实施过程中胸外按压的力度和频率都有具体的要求,但是大多数人并没有接受过正规的心肺复苏培训,难于进行及时有效的心肺复苏急救。本文提出了一种新型的便携式心肺复苏装置,可以更好地把握胸外按压的时机和程度,改善心肺复苏急救的效果。该装置在实施胸外按压过程中能够实时检测施救者的按压力度,根据患者体型判断按压力度是否满足要求。如果按压力度过大或过小,则会从听觉和视觉两个方面进行报警提示。此外,本装置还可以设定按压频率,并进行声音提示。 Prompt and effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) is the first link in the chain of survival following cardiac arrest. External cardiac compression should be performed at the correct depth and at optimal timing during CPR. But most people haven't received any standard CPR training. As a result, only a small proportion of patients can receive prompt and effective CPR during cardiac arrest. A new portable CPR device may aid timing and effectiveness of external cardiac compression. The audible beep and visible flashing light of the device is to indicate optimal frequency and correct depth. It can detect the force and indicate whether the compression is correct according with the bodily form of patient selected. If the force is too large or too low, the device will give an alarm. Besides, the device can also give an audible beats during the CPR.
