摘要
推动社会主义文化大发展是时代的重要任务。作为研究"高深学问"的大学,应该自觉主动参与到文化大发展的建设之中。高校教师是文化的生产者与传播者,是推动文化大发展的主体,因此在文化大发展中,高校教师的角色定位与自我身份建构非常重要。自我与他者的双重认识、教书与育人的主体间性、育己与育人的内涵建设是关涉高校教师角色定位的重要方面。文化大发展为高校教师再次定位自己的角色提供了重要的文化场域,而高校教师将这种角色的双重定位落到实处也必将利于文化的大发展。
Promoting the vigorous development and prosperity of socialist culture is an important task in the present era.University known as a place offering profound learning should get consciously involved in the construction of the vigorous development and prosperity of the culture.Teachers in colleges and universities are the producers and disseminators of the culture and the principal part in promoting the vigorous development of the culture.Therefore, it is very important for teachers to locate and construct their roles.The dual cognition of self and other,the intersubjectivity of teaching and educating,and the connotation construction of enhancing the teachers themselves and educating their students are important aspects concerning the location of the teachers'roles.The vigorous development of the culture provides a cultural circumstance for teachers to relocate themselves and the practice of the dual location will in turn make full use of the vigorous development and prosperity of the culture.
