摘要
在制度视野下,由于制度阻力的客观存在,以及制度本身蕴含的价值追求,要求教师与其他变革主体之间达成价值共识,这是制度变迁中教师身份认同所依赖的前提性条件。为此,需要通过意识形态的灌输、教化与渗透,视域融合,重叠共识的寻找等基本方式来达成价值共识,促使每个教师按照制度变迁过程中赋予的专业角色期待与自身认同的价值观念来塑造新的自我。
Because the objective existence of the system resistance, and the pursuit of value inherent in the system itself, the value consensus would be reached between teachers and other main body in the change.It is the foundation ore teachers' identity in the systemic change.So,to shape a new teacher self-image in accordance with the professional role expectations given in the institutional change process and teacher own values advocated, there are three basic ways of reaching value consensus, such as :the construction of ideology, the fusion of horizons and overlapping consensus.
