Application of 3D laser scanner in ore volume measurement

摘要 本文通过使用Riegl VZ-400型号的三维激光扫描仪对某矿堆进行了扫描,对扫描数据进行三维建模后测算矿堆的矿方量。采用GPS测量一定数量控制点的大地坐标与扫描仪测量的坐标进行比较来验证扫描数据的精度,得到平面坐标的差值绝对值最大为0.018m,而高程的差值绝对值最大为0.028m,实验结果表明三维激光扫描仪满足测算矿方量的精度。 Recently, with the rapid development of 3D laser scanning technique, 3D laser scanners have been extensively applied in many fields. The paper mainly described the application of 3D laser scanner in ore volume measure. The volume of ore hea Pwas calculated after it was scanned by the Riegl VZ-400 3D laser scanner. The precision was confirmed by the comparison of the control points' geodetic coordinates measured by GPS and scanner coordinates. The result of experiment showed that the precision of 3D laser scanner could satisfy the requirements of ore volume measurement. In conclusion, the paper summarized the advantage of the usage of 3 D laser scanning technology in ore volume measurement.
