摘要
针对目前乡级土地规划数据库质量控制技术存在的不足,本文在对比现有规划建库软件平台基础之上,就数据库建设过程中质量控制的几个关键问题,提出了基于ArcGIS的高效自动化的质量控制技术:拓扑错误自动修正技术、碎多边形自动合并技术、土地利用相关面积计算等。实践表明:本文质量控制技术能够提高规划数据库的建设效率和质量,更好地满足我国土地规划的管理需求。
In order to overcome the weakness of the quality control technology of village-level land-use planning database, in contrast to the construction of existing planning database, the authors proposed the efficiently automatic quality control technology based on ArcGIS, including automatically revising topology, automatically merging broken polygons, calculating the land-use related areas, etc. The practice showed that the quality control technology could improve the construction efficiency and quality of the planning database, for better satisfy the needs of land planning management.
