摘要 本文阐述了减应力槽结构的优点,通过对未开槽管外伸角焊缝、管头平齐焊缝与开槽管头内缩焊缝的管板进行焊接残余应力测试,得出:开槽管头内缩焊缝管板的焊接残余应力明显小于未开槽管板的焊接残余应力,减应力槽使得管板的焊接残余应力值大为减小。说明减应力槽技术是解决油浆蒸汽发生器管板开裂的重要手段之一。 This paper described the advantages of relieving welding residual stress grooves. Through the welding residual stress test of fillet weld, flat weld and internal flat welding which has relieving welding residual stress grooves has been done, the result indicated that the stress of the seam with relieving stress grooves was less than that without grooves. Relieving stress grooves make welding residual stress of tube-sheet's value greatly decreased. Relieving stress grooves were one of important method of solving tube plate cracking in slurry oil steam generator.
