底板拉锚在基坑高低差围护中的应用分析

On analysis of application of floor tension anchor at height difference enclosure protection of foundation pits

针对大面积地下车库与主楼交错相邻的特点,提出采用板式支护结合底板拉锚的围护形式来处理这种高低差。通过上海某工程实例,采用有限元计算的方法综合考虑主楼基坑与围护结构的相互作用,分析了此种围护形式对主楼桩基的影响,并对比分析了考虑主楼基础作用与围护结构的位移及内力情况,提出可以将常规设计进一步优化的建议,以供类似工程借鉴。

According to the features of the neighboring of the large underground garage and the main buildings, the study points out the enclosure form with the floor tension anchor should be adopted in the treatment of the height difference, adopts the finite element calculation to consider the mutual relationship between the foundation pit of the main buildings and the enclosure protection structure, analyzes the influence of the enclosure protection on the foundation pits of the main buildings, compares and analyzes the role of the main building foundation, the displacement of the enclosure protection structure and the internal force, and points out some optimal suggestions for the regular design, so as to provide the reference to similar projects.
