摘要
运用ANSYS对某高速公路分离式立交桥板式墩墩身裂缝产生的原因进行了分析,得出裂缝出现和发展的原因为墩身混凝土的收缩及降温,采用贴钢板的加固措施后,运用ANSYS分析了加固后的效果,包括墩身混凝土的应力变化及钢板的受力情况,通过分析表明采用贴钢板的处理措施是可行的,并为类似裂缝的处治提供了分析思路。
The article analyzes the cracking causes of the plate-style pier of separation-style overpass on the highway with ANSYS method, and concludes that the pier concrete shrinkage and temperature reduction leads to the crack occurrence and development. And then, it uses steel- bonding plate for reinforcement, and analyzes the reinforcement effect with ANSYS method including the pier concrete stress alteration and steel plate stress conditions. In the end, it finds out the processing measure of steel-bonding plate method is feasible, which has provided analysis concept for similar cracks treatment.
