摘要 对大型钢结构焊接变形因素进行了阐述,以上海中心大厦钢结构工程为案例,针对该工程结构及节点复杂、安装精度要求高、焊接变形大等特点,从焊接坡口形式、焊接方法、焊接顺序、焊接工艺及节点装配顺序等方面进行了控制研究,实践表明,该工程焊接变形得到了有效控制,钢结构安装顺利进行,构件安装精度及节点施工质量符合相关要求。 The paper illustrates the welding deformation factors of large steel structure, undertakes the control research from the welding groove, the welding methods, the welding sequence, the welding craft and joint assembling according to the features complicated joints and structure, the high installation accuracy, and large welding deformation of the steel structure project of Shanghai Center Tower, and proves by the practice that the welding deformation of the project can have effective control, the steel structure installation can be undertaken in a smooth way, and its components installation accuracy and joint construction quality can meet the relative requirements.
