In light of the contradictory and problem of current engineering supervision work, the author of the thesis puts forward some suggestions, and discusses methods, such as how to launch supervision work in engineering construction process, how to carry out internal supervision management, quality security control, schedule control and organization and coordination and so on, so as to better play the role of supervision and to ensure the smooth engineering construction.
