摘要 分析了某中型客车车架静态性能,建立了3种车架拓扑优化概念模型。以质量最小为目的,讨论了车架概念模型在纯弯曲、扭转和弯扭组合工况下的拓扑优化结果。根据拓扑优化材料分布图对该中型客车车架进行二次设计,提出副梁支撑采用矩形截面型材的方案。分析结果表明,新车架横梁及副梁支撑分布方案合理,在满足结构强度和模态性能的前提下,质量减轻了22%。 Static performance of a mid-sized bus frame is analyzed, and three topology optimization conceptual models of the frame are built in the paper. With minimum mass as objective, the paper discusses topological optimization results of the conceptual models in pure bending, twist and bending and twisting combination conditions of. Based on the material distribution of topology optimization, secondary designs of this mid-sized bus frame is carried out and a rectangular section profiles scheme for the sub-beam supporting is proposed. The analysis results show that the frame cross beam and sub-beam supporting distribution scheme are reasonable, and weight was reduced by 22% under the prerequisite that the structure strength and the reasonable modal performance are met.
