摘要 以某C级轿车悬架零部件的试验载荷开发为例,探讨了多轴疲劳载荷谱浓缩的编辑方法和台架试验载荷谱的质量检查技术,以及载荷测试参数和道路载荷采集工况的确定。浓缩载荷谱质量分析结果表明,该C级车悬架时间域编辑载荷谱优于峰谷值编辑载荷谱。以时间域编辑为基础,结合提出的特殊载荷频率浓缩处理,使C级车悬架零部件台架试验载荷达到了理想的加速效果和各轴损伤的一致性。 In this paper, development of test load of a C-Class car suspension parts is taken as example, concentrated load spectrum editing method and quality check technology of bench test load spectrum, as well as the way to determine the load test parameters and road load acquisition conditions are discussed. The C-Class car suspension parts concentrated load spectrum quality analysis shows that, the data compression on time domain is better than the data compression based on cycle. Based on time domain editing with the proposed special loads frequency concentration, the ideal bench-accelerated effects and a good multi-axis damage consistency of the C-Class car suspension components are achieved.
