摘要
胰岛新生相关蛋白(INGAP)属于再生基因蛋白Reg3家族,胰岛新生相关蛋白肽(INGAP-pp)是其中一段具有生物学活性的15个氨基酸的片段。体内、外相关研究均表明INGAP—PP能促进胰岛再生,增加胰岛素的分泌,但其作用机制尚未完全清楚。研究表明,INGAP可能通过干扰细胞周期的调控或其他信号通路促使其由增殖转为分化,胰-十二指肠同源盒因子-1(PDX-1)等多种转录因子可调节INGAP的表达。INGAP是促进胰岛新生的关键因素,探讨其作用机制和潜在的作用途径具有重要意义。
Islet neogenesis associated protein (INGAP) belongs to a subfamily ( Reg 3 ) of Reg pro- tein, which has an active 15 amino acid segment termed INGAP peptide (INGAP-pp). In vitro and in vivo studies suggest that 1NGAP-pp stimulates pancreatic regeneration and enhances insulin secretion, but the mechanism is unclear. Studies indicate that INGAP might shift pancreatic cells replication to differentiation by interfering with cell cycle or other signaling pathways. Many transcription factors, such as pancreatic duode- nal homeobox-1 (PDX-1) , were involved in regulating INGAP expression. INGAP plays a key role in islet neogenesis. Further exploring the mechanism and underlying pathways is of great significance.
