探索达尔文的新秘境——家养动植物起源进化的遗传机制

摘要 1859年11月,50岁的达尔文小心翼翼地出版了那部足以改变人类世界观的伟大巨著-《物种起源》。在这部巨著中,达尔文开篇即基于他对动植物在人工选择下的显著变异的观察,推测自然选择是生物进化的主要动力。在那个神学高于一切的时代,《物种起源》仿佛一道闪电划破漆黑的夜空。从那时起,上帝造物论动摇了,人类开始重新思考自己和周围生物的由来。 This article briefly highlights the research on origination and evolution of some domestic plants and animals from genetic and epigenetic views.The novel achievements not only demonstrate new views and prospects on heredity and variation under domestication,but also provide new approaches in methodology to reveal mechanism of domestication.
