后路钉棒系统治疗86例胸腰椎骨折及脱位的疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨后路钉棒系统对胸腰椎骨折及脱位患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院于2007年7月至2011年7月所收治的86例胸腰椎骨折及脱位患者的临床资料,采用后路行椎管减压后复位,椎弓根钉棒系统内固定进行治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果术后随访14~18个月,Frankel分级均有明显提高,椎体高度恢复良好,椎管狭窄程度及Cobb角均得到纠正。结论采用后路钉棒系统治疗胸腰椎骨折及脱位内固定牢靠,复位满意、融合率高,是一种较为安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of posterior screw and rod system for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and dislocation.Methods A retrospective analysis admitted to hospital in July 2007 to July 2011,86 cases of thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation of the patient's clinical data,and reset using the posterior canal decompression,pedicle screw system fixed treatment,to observe the treatment effect.Results All patients were followed up for 14 to 18 months,the Frankel grade were significantly higher vertebral body height,spinal canal stenosis and Cobb angle be corrected.Conclusion The posterior screw and rod system treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and dislocation of rigid fixation,satisfactory reduction,fusion rate,is a relatively safe and effective treatment.
