视皮层可塑性的分子生物学研究进展

摘要 视皮层在发育的过程中存在"敏感期",具有可塑性。对视皮层可塑性的研究已持续了近半个世纪,众多的研究成果已证实谷氨酸受体、神经营养因子、皮层内抑制因素、细胞内信号传递系统、细胞外环境等因素在视皮层可塑性的发育过程中发挥了重要的作用,其作用机制也为临床上治疗弱视及其他基于视皮层损害的视觉障碍性疾病提供了理论依据,现将视皮层可塑性的分子生物学研究文献综述如下。
