24h Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Treadmill Exercise Test in Coronary Heart Disease Diagnosis Application Value Comparison

目的探讨24h动态心电图与运动平板试验在冠心病中的诊断价值。方法根据标准选取65例已确诊的冠心病患者分别进行24 h动态心电图与运动平板试验,根据其检查结果分为阳性和阴性,比较其阳性检出率。结果实验A组结果为阳性22例,阴性11例,阳性检出率为66.67%,实验B组结果为阳性26例,阴性6例,阳性检出率为81.25%,两组阳性检出率比较,实验A组低于实验B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊断冠心病中运动平板试验更为有效,但临床诊断中可根据患者的具体情况,正确选择合适的诊断方法。

Objective To determine the value of 24h dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods According to the standard selected 65 cases have been diagnosed in patients with coronary heart disease were24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test,according to the inspection results are divided into positive and negative,the positive rate.Results The experimental group A positive results in 22 cases,11 cases were negative,positive rate was 66.67% in B group,the experimental results were positive in 26 cases,and negative in 6 cases,the positive rate was 81.25%,the positive rate of two groups,experimental group A was lower in experimental group B,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Treadmill exercise test in diagnosis of coronary heart disease more effective,but the clinical diagnosis can be based on the specific circumstances of the patients,the proper choice of the appropriate diagnosis method.
