检测早期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中IL-33水平的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察探对检测早期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中的IL-33水平的结果,总结其检测的临床意义。方法选取我院2009年7月至2011年7月收治的早期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者48例作为观察组,以同期在我院进行健康体检者50例作为对照组,观察比较两组受检者血清中IL-33水平,同时也检测观察组患者滑液及血清中的IL-33水平。结果观察组患者的血清中IL-33水平明显高于健康者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者的滑液和血清中均有IL-33表达,但浓度比较无显著差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论对早期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者进行血清IL-33水平的检测,能够较好地反应出滑膜内的病变严重程度,对早期诊断并评估类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的疾病发展有重要的临床指导意义。 Objective To observe the probe results in the early detection of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in patients with IL-33 level,summarizes the clinical significance of its detection.Methods admitted to our hospital from July 2009 to July 2011,with early rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in 48 patients as the observation group to the same period in our hospital 50 cases of healthy persons as control group,observe and compare the two groups subjects with serum IL-33 level,but also to detect IL-33 levels in the synovial fluid and serum in the observation group.Results The patients serum levels of IL-33 was significantly higher than healthy controls(P0.05),with statistical significance;observation of the synovial fluid and serum of patients in both IL-33 expression,but the concentration was no significant difference(P0.05),not statistically significant.Conclusion The patients with early rheumatoid arthritis(RA) serum level of IL-33 detection,better able to reflect disease severity within the synovium,early diagnosis and assessment of disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) the development of important clinical significance.
