带蒂胸膜片包绕肺癌切除术后支气管残端的方法研究

Study of the Approach of Wrapping the Bronchial Residual end with Pediceld Pleural Flap after Lung Cancer Resection

目的探讨带蒂胸膜片包绕肺癌切除术后支气管残端的优点。方法 2000年10月至2011年6月,带蒂胸膜片包绕肺癌全肺切除、支气管袖式肺叶切除、支气管楔形肺叶切除术后支气管残端。结果全组无围手术期死亡。术后随访6月以上无1例发生支气管胸膜瘘。结论带蒂胸膜片包绕肺癌切除术后支气管残端是预防肺癌切除术后支气管胸膜瘘较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective To discusses the advantages of wrapping the bronchial residual end with pediceld pleural flap after lung cancer resection.Methods From October 2000 to June 2010,pediceld pleural flap wrapping the bronchial residual end after lung cancer pneumonectomy,bronchial sleeve resection,bronchial Wedge resection.Results There was no perioperative death.Follow up above six months no bronchopleural fistula.Conclusion The wrapping the bronchial residual end with pediceld pleural flap after lung cancer resection is to prevent the bronchopleural fistula more ideal treatment.
