氟他胺加睾丸切除治疗晚期前列腺癌22例 被引量:2

Therapeutic Effects of tPNS plus Flutamide on Prostate Cancer

摘要 目的观察三七总皂甙联合氟他胺治疗前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法将60例前列腺癌患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组22例,给予氟他胺250mg,3次/天;治疗组38例,在对照组基础上给予静脉滴注三七总皂苷注射液2mL,每日1次,治疗两个月后通过比较两组患者治疗前后前列腺体积、排尿困难的情况、血清f/tPSA水平的变化及两组的治疗疗效。结果两组患者治疗前前列腺的体积,排尿困难的情况、血清f/tPSA水平均无显著性差异;治疗后两组患者前列腺的体积均显著小于治疗前,排尿困难的发生率较治疗前均显著降低,血清f/tPSA水平均显著高于治疗前;且治疗后实验组患者前列腺的体积小于对照组,排尿困难的发生率低于对照组,血清f/tPSA水平高于对照组。实验组治疗的总有效率为84.21%,显著高于对照组(72.72%)(P<0.05)。结论三七总皂甙联合氟他胺治疗前列腺癌的临床疗效优于单用氟他胺,可进一步研究和推广。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of tPNS plus flutamide on prostate cancer.Methods 60 patients with prostate cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.22 patients in the control group were given flutamide(250 mg,tid);38 patients in the experimental group were given tPNS(2 mL,qd) by intervenous drop infusion on the basis of control group.The prostate volume,incidence of dysuria,level of serum f/tPSA and therapeutic effects were compared before and after treatment for 2 months.Results No significant difference of the prostate volume,incidence of dysuria and levels of serum f/tPSA was observed before treatment between the two groups.After treatment,the prostate volumes of both groups were significantly smaller than before treatment,and the incidences of dysuria of the two groups were lower but the level of serum f/tPSA were higher than before treatment.The prostate volumes was smaller in experimental group than control group after treatment,and the incidence of dysuria was lower but the level of serum f/tPSA was higher in experimental group than control group after treatment.The effective rate of experimental group was 84.21%,which was significantly higher than control group(72.72%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of tPNS plus flutamide on prostate cancer was much better than tPNS alone.It was worth being researched and generalized.
