自制单孔腹腔镜装置及其临床应用(附70例报告) 被引量:10

摘要 目的介绍自制单孔腹腔镜装置的可操作性及实用性,逐步推广其在临床上的应用。方法回顾性分析2009年12月至2011年12月南京军区南京总医院普外科自制单孔腹腔镜装置在70例单孔腹腔镜手术(LESS)中的应用情况,以手术时间、术中出血、术后排气时间、术后住院天数等为指标,对此装置的可行性做一详细评估。结果 65例病人顺利完成手术,5例中转为开腹手术,手术时间90~300min,术中出血10~120mL,术后排气时间1~5d,术后住院时间1~5d。结论自制单孔腹腔镜装置具有较好的可操作性及实用性,且价格低廉,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To introduce the maneuverability and availability of the homemade single-site laparoscopic device for the further clinical application. Methods The clinical data of homemade single-site laparoscopic device used in 70 cases of LESS between December 2009 and December 2011 at Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command were analyzed retrospectively. Based on the data of the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative flatus passage time and hospital stay, the feasibility of the device was evaluated. Results Sixty-five cases experienced surgery successfully without intraoperative conversion. Five cases were made a conversion to the open surgery. The operative time ranged from 90 to 300 rains. The intraoperative blood loss was 10 to 120 mL. The first passage of flatus was 1 to 5 days. The postoperative hospital stay was 1 to 5 days. Conclusion The homemade single-site laparoscopic device is cheap with preferable maneuverability and availability. It should be applied popularly.
