There are such two main forms to coordinate interstate higher education in America as interstate compact on higher education and interstate tuition reciprocity agreement, which play a role in cooperation and interstate resource sharing, setting interstate disputes, promoting policies, programs to assist the states in implementing important regional higher education policies, increasing higher education opportunities. It＇s significant for us to build the regional coordination and cooperation mechanism in higher education.
