拉伸及热处理对抗起球腈纶结构与性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对干法纺制的3.33 dtex腈纶经过适当拉伸和热定型处理制成抗起球腈纶,研究了拉伸及热定型工艺对抗起球腈纶的结构与性能的影响。结果表明:干法腈纶经1.35倍拉伸和120℃热处理20 min后,纤维的结节强伸积可以达到11~12,其内部形貌结构没有受到影响。 An anti-pill PAN fiber was produced from 3.33 dtex dry-spun PAN fiber after strectching and heat treatment. The effects of stretching and heat setting processes on the structure and properties of anti-pill PAN fiber were studied. The result showed that a knot strength-knot elongation product reached 11 - 12 and the internal morphology of the fiber was not impacted as the dry-spun PAN fiber was stretched at 1.35 time and was heat treated for 20 min at 120 ℃.
