摘要
以东莞地区虎门镇为例,分析了2008年—2011年10 kV配网导线的断线数据,其中雷害和设备缺陷是该地区配网断线的主要原因。根据该镇配网的分布特征,以变电站为中心,划出雷害区、交通走廊区和设备易缺陷区等区域,并有针对地进行预防和整改,以减少配网断线事故的发生。结果表明:经过2011年的预防性整改,各类配网断线事故均有明显下降。
For Humen Town in Dongguan case,disconnection fault data of 10 kV distribution lines in 2009-2011 has been analyzed,lightning accident and equipment accident are the main explanations of the disconnection faults. According to the distribution characteristics of 10 kV distribution lines in this town, centering on the substation, this town is divided into lightning accident area, equipment ac- cident area, and traffic area and so on. The preventing and rectification measures with special focus and aims are taken to reduce disconnection fault accidents. The results show that with the preventing and rectification measures in 2011, the disconnection faults of 10 kV distribution lines is reducing quite noticeably.
