摘要
为避免制丝生产线中过于频繁的循环热风温度调节对出口物料温度造成影响,进一步提高滚筒设备出口物料温度的控制精度,根据工程实践和生产试验验证,以滚筒内环境温度和物料总量在一定范围内波动时,对出口物料温度的影响可以忽略这一实验原理为基础,提出了能够有效实现滚筒温度高精度控制的方法,建立了可直接控制出料温度的串级PID调节系统。应用效果表明,出口物料温度控制精度从±3℃提高到(±1~±2)℃,取得了较好的应用效果。
To reduce the temperature fluctuation of output tobacco due to frequent adjustment of circulated hot air temperature, and improve the output material temperature control of cylinder type equipments, an effective method for accurately controlling cylinder temperature was proposed and a cascade PID control system able to directly control output material temperature was established on the presumption that if the circumstance temperature and the total amount of material varied in cylinder within a certain extent, their influences on output material temperature was negligible. The results of application showed that the control precision of output material temperature increased from ±3 to ±1-±2℃.
