黄曲霉毒素对饲料原料的污染与防控措施 被引量:1

摘要 饲料安全因素是从源头控制畜产品安全的一个主要指标。在影响饲料安全的因素中,最难控且危害最广泛的是以黄曲霉毒素为主的霉菌毒素污染。说其难控,是因为其普遍性与难检测性;说其危害广泛是因为会从危害畜禽健康生长到人类食品安全。因此,饲料去"黄"成为控制养殖场安全到餐桌安全的源头环节,是养殖业实现"扫黄"的基础。全国普遍进入多雨的夏季,饲料及其原料更容易霉变。这组文章望能对养殖场(户)安全用料有些助益。
