子痫前期及正常妊娠孕妇胎盘组织中PTEN的表达

The expression of PTEN in pregnant women's preeclampsia and a normal pregnancy placental tissue

目的研究PTEN在子痫前期胎盘组织及正常妊娠胎盘组织中的表达,探讨其与子痫前期发病的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学检测PTEN在胎盘组织中的定位,通过免疫印迹法检测PTEN蛋白表达的水平。结果 PTEN蛋白的阳性主要表达于血管内皮细胞包浆中,呈棕黄色,PTEN蛋白在正常孕妇血管内皮细胞中表达高于子痫前期孕妇血管内皮细胞中表达;重度子痫前期患者PTEN蛋白数值显著低于轻度子痫前期患者,子痫前期组患者PTEN蛋白量显著低于正常对照组,F=2.71,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PTEN蛋白表达在子痫前期胎盘组织中低于正常妊娠胎盘组织,提示PTEN在重度子痫前期的发病机制中可能发挥了作用。

Objective To study PTEN in preeclampsia and normal pregnancy placental tissue in order to explore its rela- tionship with the incidence of preeclampsia. Methods By immunohistochemical detection of PTEN in the positioning of the placental tissue by Western blot detection of PTEN protein expression levels. Results PTEN protein-positive endothelial cells mainly expressed in the cytoplasm package, brownish yellow, PTEN protein vascular endothelial ceils in normal preg- nant women, pre-eclampsia in pregnant women was higher than the expression of vascular endothelial cells; Severe preeclampsia value of PTEN protein significantly was lower than patients with mild preeclampsia, preeclampsia group were significantly lower than the amount of PTEN protein in the normal control group, F = 2.71, there was statistically signifi- cance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PTEN protein expression in placental tissue of preeclampsia than normal pregnancy, placen- tal tissue, suggesting that PTEN in the pathogenesis of severe pre-eclampsia may play a role in the mechanism.
