妊娠高血压患者胎盘组织VCAM及PDGF-AA表达及其意义

Expression and significance of VCAM and PDGF-AA in placenta of patients with gestational hypertension

目的探讨血管细胞粘附因子(VCAM)及血小板源生长因子-AA(PDGF-AA)在妊娠高血压患者胎盘组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选择82例妊娠高血压患者胎盘组织及30例正常产妇胎盘组织进行免疫组化染色,观察VCAM及PDGF-AA表达情况及其相关性。结果妊娠高血压患者胎盘组织VCAM及PDGF-AA表达阳性率及阳性强度高于正常胎盘组织,在妊娠高血压患者胎盘中,VCAM与PDGF-AA表达呈现正相关关系,不同分级妊娠高血压患者胎盘组织中,VCAM与PDGF-AA表达阳性率存在统计学意义。结论妊娠高血压患者胎盘组织中VCAM与PDGF-AA过度表达,其可能是妊娠高血压的胎盘病变及进展的机制之一。

Objective To investigate the expression and elinieal significance of vascular eell adhesion molecule （VCAM） and platelet-derived growth factor AA （PDGF-AA） in placenta of patients with gestational hypertension. Methods All 82 eases placenta tissue of gestational hypertension and 30 eases plaeenta tissue of normal gravida were selected and stained with immunohistoehemistry,expression and correlation of VCAM and PDGF-AA were observed. Results The expression intensity and positive rate of VCAM and PDGF-AA were higher in placenta tissue of gestational hypertension than in placenta tissue of normal gravida,there was a positive correlation between VCAM and PDGF-AA in placenta tissue of gestational hypertension, expression intensity and positive rate was signifieant different among plaeenta of different grade gestational hypertension. Conclusion VCAM and PDGF-AA are over expressions in placenta of patients with gestational hypertension, that maybe is a reason of pathologieal changes of placenta in patients with gestational hypertension.
