四联活菌制剂对肝硬化患者外周血细胞因子的影响

Effect of four-probiotics on the serum cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with liver cirrhosis

目的探讨口服四联活菌制剂对肝硬化患者外周血细胞因子的影响。方法选择60例肝硬化失代偿期患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予常规保肝治疗,治疗组在对照组常规保肝治疗的基础上加服思连康片,1.5 g/次,3次/d口服,疗程均4周。观察两组患者治疗前后外周血细胞因子的变化。结果治疗组患者口服四联活菌制剂辅助治疗4周后,其细胞因子IL-1α、IL-6及TNF-α水平较治疗前下降显著。但是治疗前后对照组患者细胞因子变化不明显。结论口服四联活菌制剂能降低外周血细胞因子的水平,对肝硬化的辅助治疗作用比较确切。

Objective To explore the effect of four-probiotics on the serum cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Sixty patients with liver cirrhosis at decompensation stage were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, patients in control group received conventional protecting treatment, patients in treat- ment group received conventional protecting treatment plus four-probiotics, 1.5g once, Tid. The courses of the therapy were both four weeks. The changes of serum cytokines in peripheral blood of the patients in both groups before and after treat- ment were observed. Results After patients in treatment group taking four-probiotics tablets for four weeks, the levels of IL-1α, IL-6 and TNF-α were also significantly lower than before treatment. But no obvious changes could be found with the serum cytokines of patients in control group before and after treatment. Conclusion Four-probiotics can reduce the lever of serum cytokines in peripheral blood and attribute to the treatment of liver cirrhosis.
