男性盆腔血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤临床病理分析

Clinical pathological analysis for perivascular epithelioid cell tumor of male pelvic cavity

目的探讨男性盆腔血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤的临床病理特点、诊断要点及治疗。方法应用HE及免疫组化染色对6例男性盆腔血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤进行临床病理分析,并复习相关文献。结果肿瘤主要由上皮样和梭形细胞组成,细胞排列成编织状、巢团状,间质血窦丰富。免疫组化示瘤细胞SMA、Melan-A、HMB-45阳性表达,CD34、CD117、S-100、CgA、Syn均阴性。患者行肿瘤切除术,术后随访至今未见复发和转移。结论男性盆腔血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤少见,与其他部位同类肿瘤相似,手术切除是首选的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinicopathologic features of perivaseular epithelioid cell tumor （PEComa） of male pelvic cavity and to study the diagnostic criteria and the treatment of this tumor. Methods Six ease of PEComa of male pelvic cavity were study by microscopy and immunohistochemistry,with review of the relevant literatures. Results The tu- mor was mainly composed of epithelioid and spindle cells in the forms of storiform or small nests, with abundant blood si- nus. The tumor cells were positive for SMA, Melan-A and HMB-45, but negative for CD34,CD117,S-100, CgA and Syn. The tumor was completely reseeted. The patient has been followed up till now and there was no evidence of tumor re- currence or metastasis. Conclusion PEComa of male pelvic cavity is a rare mesenchymal neoplasia and surgical resection is the recommended treatment
