甲状腺癌螺旋CT动态增强扫描影像学特点分析

Imaging characteristic analysis of enhanced CT on struma maligna

目的探讨甲状腺增强CT扫描的影像学特点及其对甲状腺癌定性诊断的临床价值。方法调阅本院近年手术证实的甲状腺癌患者影像学资料,采用回顾性方法进行分析,比较甲状腺癌与正常甲状腺组织增强扫描不同时期的影像学特点及CT值变化,同时评价平扫CT及增强扫描对甲状腺癌的诊断准确率。结果甲状腺癌及正常甲状腺组织动脉期及静脉期扫描病灶均不同程度强化,CT值增高,甲状腺癌组织平扫期、动脉期及静脉期扫描CT值均低于正常甲状腺组织,平扫甲状腺癌诊断率为29.7%,强化扫描诊断率为85.0%,增强扫描诊断率高于平扫。结论CT增强扫描甲状腺癌具有特征性的影像学变化,能够为甲状腺癌的定性诊断提供参考。

Objective To investigate the imaging characteristic of enhanced CT on struma maligna and evaluated value for qualitative diagnosis. Methods Imaging data of struma maligna that were make a definite diagnosis with operations were investigated and analyzed with retrospective analysis,imaging characteristic of struma maligna and normal thyroidea in each scaning stage were contrasted, CT vaule and rate of qualitative dignosis were contrasted between enhanced scaning and plain scaining. Results Imaging of struma maligna and normal thyroidea were reinforced in arterial phase and venous phase,CT vaule of struma maligna in arterial phase and venous phase were higher in normal thyroidea than in struma ma- ligna,rate of qualitative dignosis was 85.0% in enhanced CT and was 29.7% in plain CT,rate of qualitative dignosis was higher in enhanced CT than in plain CT. Conclusion There was distinctive imaging change of enhanced CT on struma ma- ligna, and can provide reference for qualitative dignosis of struma maligna.
