摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对早期胃癌诊断的临床应用价值。方法2007年6月～2011年6月我院手术病理证实的胃癌257例,选出39例早期胃癌患者,对其术前MSCT平扫、动态增强扫描及多平面重建(MPR)进行回顾性分析,并进行MSCT轴位图像结合MPR对早期胃癌检出结果与单纯轴位图像检出结果比较。结果以病理结果作为金标准,MSCT轴面图像结合MPR对早期胃癌的检出率为87%(34/39),单纯MSCT轴面图像对早期胃癌的检出率为64%(25/39),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MSCT轴位图像结合MPR与单纯CT轴位图像相比,能明显提高早期胃癌的检出率。
Objective To probe into the clinical value of multi-slice CT （MSCT） in diagnostic of early gastric cancers. Methods From june. 2007 to june 2011 in 257 cases of gastric cancer confirmed by operation and pathology, 39 early gas- tric cancer （EGC） patients were chosen, of which retrospective analysis of MSCT, dynamic contrast-enhanced scan and Multi-planar reconstruction（MPR） were done before operation. MSCT imaging combined with MPR for EGC compared with single CT imaging. Results Be pathological findings as gold standard. Early gastric cancer was detected in 34 of 39 （87%） by CT imaging combined with MPR and 25 of 39 （64%） by single CT imaging （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with single CT imaging, it is obvious that MSCT combined with MPR could increase detection rate for EGC.
