医务工作者的政治思想素质直接影响着卫生事业的健康发展,加强当前卫生系统职工思想政治工作,有助于提高我国医疗服务质量,促进医患和谐和推进卫生体制改革。随着社会的不断进步和近年来不断深入实施的医药卫生体制改革,卫生系统广大干部职工的思想政治工作也不可避免地出现了一些新的问题,面临着巨大的挑战,需要我们不断研究新情况,解决新问题。本文主要从几个方面指出当前卫生系统职工思想政治面临的具体问题,进一步探索卫生系统职工思想政治工作的新思路,即围绕卫生系统改革和发展开展有效的思想政治工作。

A simple anslysis about polintical thoughts in medical industry under new situation.The political quality of medical stuff has a direct influence on the healthy development of medical career.Therefore,to strengthen their thoughts can improve our medical service, harmonize the relations between doctors and patients and enlarge the reform of medical system.With the social continuous progress and effective reform, It can be unavoidable that the stuff may meet with new problems.Faling the great challenge, we ought to research new situation and solve new problem.The article mainly speaks of the present political quality about stuff, explore their new thoughts namely, reform and develop hazed on medical sys- tem and carry out effective methods.
