妊娠期糖尿病患者心理健康状况相关因素的调查

Clinical investigation of psychological health condition in gestational diabetes patients

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者的焦虑及抑郁状况的相关因素。方法采用笔者所在医院自行编制的调查问卷及Zung′s抑郁量表、焦虑量表对GDM患者及正常孕妇进行测评。结果 GDM组孕妇体重指数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其他各项指标无显著差异;GDM组SAS、SDS得分均高于对照组;高龄初产妇的SAS及SDS评分,明显高于正常生育年龄患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者有一定的焦虑与抑郁症状,临床应加强对GDM孕妇情绪状态变化的检测,及时对其进行心理辅导及心理治疗。

Objective To discuss the gestational diabetes patients anxiety and depression in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods The author prepared the questionnaire,Zung depression scale＇s and anxiety scale,detected on GDM patients and normal pregnant women for evaluation. Results Maternal body mass index in GDM group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Other target had no significant difference. SAS,SDS scores of GDM were higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Elderly primipara SAS and SDS score was significantly higher than that of normal birth,age of the patient,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Gestational diabetes pa- tients have certain anxiety and depression symptoms,we should strengthen emotional state of pregnant women GDM change detection, in time for the psychological counseling and psychological treatment.
