杭州市西湖区人工流产状况调查分析及对策探讨

Investigation and analysis of induced abortion in Hangzhou West Lake district and exploration of relevant countermeasures

目的对2007～2009年杭州市西湖区人工流产的状况进行调查分析并探讨其干预对策。方法按照年龄及其流产原因分别进行统计,根据统计结果探讨其干预对策。结果计划内人工流产逐年增加;计划外人工流产原因主要集中于使用避孕套失败方面。结论针对性地加强不同年龄段育龄妇女避孕知识的宣传指导;加强孕前教育,避免计划内人工流产;加强对育龄妇女,尤其是其性伴侣避孕套使用的宣传教育,具有重要的意义。

Objective To investigate and analyze the abortion status of induced abortion in Hangzhou West Lake district from 2007 to 2009 and explore relevant intervention measures. Methods The status was analyzed statistically by age and cause and relevant intervention measures were explored according to the statistical results. Results Scheduled induced abortion increased year by year; the main cause of unscheduled induced abortion was failed use of condoms. Conclusion To strengthen knowledge dissemination and guidance of contraception among women of different childbearing age; to en- hance pre-pregnancy education and avoid scheduled abortion; to strengthen education of condoms among women of child- bearing age and especially their sex partners are of great significance.
