摘要
目的分析乳牙釉质化学元素的分布规律,为临床防龋提供依据。方法收集22例儿童26颗健康无龋乳牙进行牙釉质化学元素分析。结果不同性别及年龄段儿童乳牙釉质化学元素含量之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。钙、磷、镁、氯、氟、锶、锌的含量随深度增加而减少,各深度含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均与深度呈负相关(P<0.05),钠、铝、钛的含量在乳牙釉质中分布均匀,各深度含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳牙釉质各元素与年龄、性别无相关性,其中钙、磷、镁、氯、氟、锶、锌、铝、钛与乳牙釉质矿化程度和抗龋性有关。
Objective To analyze the mieroscale of ehemieal elements in enamel of deciduous teeth. Methods All of 26 deciduous teeth from 22 children, and the chemical elements in enamel of them had' been analyzed. Results The chemical elements in enamel of different sexuality and age were not significant difference(P 〉 0.05 ). The content of calcium, phos- phorus, magnesium, chlorine, fluorine, strontium, zinc in different depth of deciduous teeth were not significant difference (P 〈0.05), and were negatively correlated with the depth (P 〈 0.05). The content of sodium, aluminium and titanium in different depth of deciduous teeth were uniformity(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The chemical e!ements !n enamel of decidu- ous teeth were not related to sexuality and age. The content of calcium, phosphorus ,magnesium, chlorine, fluorine, stron- tium, zinc, aluminium and titanium might be related to the mineralization degree and decay resistance of deciduous teeth.
