自拟益肾通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症35例

35 cases of self-intended and kidney meridians soup for treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察益肾通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,两组均口服右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇片治疗,治疗组加服益肾通络汤,10 d为1个疗程,两个疗程后对所有患者进行疗效评定并予以统计分析。结果治疗组总有效率为94.29%;对照组为71.43%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tongluo soup treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Meth- ods 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 35 cases each. Ketoprofen tromethamine tablets in the treatment of both groups oral dextral,the treatment group took Yishen Tongluo soup,and 10 days for a course of treatment, all patients efficacy was evaluated after two courses and by the statistical analysis. Results The total efficien- cy of the treatment group was 94.29% ;the control group was 71.43% ,difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Yishen Tongluo soup for treatment of lumbar disc herniation is obvious significant.
