基层医院实施分层级综合考评护士效果分析

The effects of comprehensive hierarchical evaluation of the nursing troop in primary hospital

目的探讨在基层医院对护士实施分层级综合考评法的效果分析。方法制订护士分层级考核标准,通过护理部、科主任、护士长、护士每季度对护士进行多维度考核,采用定性考核与定量考核相结合方式,各项数据采用t检验进行统计学分析,评选出各层级的优秀护士,优秀护士与个人年终考核、聘用及绩效分配挂钩。结果实施分层级综合考评后,护理质量各项指标及护士专业成就感上升,患者满意度提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院各护理单元实施分层级综合考评后,激发了各层级护士工作热情,尤其是低年资护士的工作热情,体现了分层级综合考评法的公平性,提高了各护理单元整体的护理质量,为护理人员评优评先、聘用及绩效分配提供了科学依据。

Objective To investigated the effects of comprehensive hierarchical evaluation of the nursing troop in primary hospital. Methods Formulate the assessment criteria of comprehensive hierarchical evaluation in nurses, and every quarter, nursing department, director, head nurse would take multidimensional assessment to nurses, which using qualitative as- sessment combined with quantitative assessment, the data were statistically analyzed using t tests, after that, chosen the outstanding nurses at all levels, it would affect inldividual year-end appraisal, hiring and achievement distribution. Re- suits after put comprehensive hierarchical evaluation into practice, the indicators of quality of care and the sense of. achievement of nursing increased, also, patient satisfaction improved, these data was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion After we put comprehensive hierarchical evaluation into practice in every care unit of primary hospital, it stimulat- ed the enthusiasm of the nurses in all levels, especially in less experienced nurses, reflected the fairness of the method of the comprehensive hierarchical evaluation, and also improved the quality of care in every care unit, provided a scientific basis in selection of excellent nurses, hiring, and achievement distribution.
