摘要 采用丙烯酰氯对高分子表面活性剂—聚氧乙烯——聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物Pluronic F127进行了化学结构修饰,得到反应活性衍生物。研究了该衍生物在水性溶液中形成不可逆水凝胶的条件,应用光子相关光谱和粘度测定技术研究了该衍生物在不同温度下以及不同溶剂中的凝聚性质。结果表明:溶液中凝聚微粒的大小与其浓度有关,且随温度升高而减小。但一旦发生交联,微粒相互结合成凝胶,扩散系数显著下降。衍生物的水溶液和乙醇-水(30:70)混合溶剂的增比粘度在各种温度均与浓度呈线性关系,在较低温度下,两种溶液的粘度有明显差异。 Pluronic F127, one of the very hydrophilic poloxamers with high molecular weight, was modified by chemical route by using acryloyl chloride. The active macromolecule monomer could polymerizete to gel-forming system. The aggergative behaviour of diacryloyl derivative of Pluronic F127 was investigated by photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS) and viscometric technique under various temperatures and / or in different solvents. The results showed that the size of aggregative nanopartieles in the solutions was dependent on the concentration of the derivative, and decreased as the temperature increased in the crosslinking process. In the higher concentration, the diffusivity of the nanoparticles tends to decline once the reaction occured. There was a linear correlation between he specific visicosities and the concentrations in the aqueous solution or ethanol-water (30: 70) at all the tested temperatures. The viscositics in both solutions exhibited the sigificant difference at lower temperatures, however, a similarity was observed at higher temperatures. The condition of the hydrogel-forming of Pluronic F127 derivative and the swelling property of the gel were also studied.
