As Innovation Relay Center Network plays an extremely important role in supporting the economic and social development as well as technological progress.IRC Network Evaluation has become a research hotspot of science technology policies,technological innovation and regional economic studies.This paper is devoted to a reconnaissance of the most relevant contributions on the assessment in IRC Network literature in the perspective of evaluative contents,evaluative indicators,evaluative tools and models,aiming to find out enlightenment from the current research and discern the future study trends.
