摘要
[目的]探讨荞麦红曲对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂水平的影响.[方法]通过高脂高胆固醇饲料喂养2周,建立实验性高脂血症小鼠模型,同时灌胃给予小、中、大剂量荞麦红曲,测定各组小鼠血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平.[结果]与高脂模型组比较,荞麦红曲中、大剂量组小鼠血清TG,TC和LDL-C水平均显著降低,HDL-C水平显著升高,荞麦红曲小剂量组小鼠血清TG和LDL-C水平显著降低.[结论]荞麦红曲具有降低实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂的作用,对高脂血症具有一定的预防作用.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of buckwheat monascus for experimental hyperlipidemia in mice.METHODS Experimental hyperlipidemia mouse models were established by feeding with high fat and cholesterol diet for 2 weeks and administrated by oral with high,medium and low doses of the buckwheat monascus,respectively,and the contents of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C in serum were detected in each group of mice.RESULTS The medium and high doses of buckwheat monascus could significantly reduce the contents of TG,TC,and LDL-C and increase the contents of HDL-C in hyperlipidemia mice,and the low dose of buckwheat monascus could decrease the contents of TG and LDL-C.CONCLUSION The buckwheat monascus has the effects of marked decreasing the bloodlipid in experimental hyperlipidemia mice,and also has certain precautionary effects on hyperlipidemia.
